I loves mushrooms, so when i saw the Bake Stuffed Portobello Mushroom from Bakericious blog, i know i'm gonna do it.
Bought this packet of Portobello Mushroom at Fairprice Xtra (S$4.90)
I did not get shredded mozerealla cheese and shredded cheddar cheese as i hardly bakes, so no point buying it and using a bit and the rest, resting in the fridge till dunno when. So i used the cheese that i had in the fridge.
