Shanghai Mooncake

Recently have been lazy updating my blog and was thinking whether to 关门大吉 my blog.



I bought a book on mooncake sometimes back from the bookstore, but was hesitating whether to bake mooncake anot till i saw from facebook Icafe shanghai mooncake. I was tempted to make it as it was Lunar 7th Month, most of the nights, i was out watching getai, and on those days i was not watching, i was so tired or lazy to make it, till onElection Day that day, after coming back from Election Day, i thought i will try it out.



I bought a packet of red bean paste, actually i wanted to buy lotus seed paste also but in the end, did not buy and buy red bean paste only as i do not know whether i will success in making it anot and the price of lotus seed paste is not cheap and also i'm quite lazy sometimes also to make it also.



I also bought a packet of melon seed and wanted to mix it with the red bean paste, but totally forgotten about it till when i finish doing it then i realize about the packet of melon seed, but it was too late. I also make some piglet.
