姜葱鸡肉

Saw from facebook and her blog she cooked 姜葱猪肉,feel like eating it, so decided to cook it, but i change to chicken. It so happen the day i went to the supermarket to buy the ingredients, i can't find spring onion, so i change to using koo chye and add in oyster mushroom.
