Saw from Phong Hong blog, her Sweet & Sour Sticky Ribs, i was tempted by it and bought $4 of pork ribs and did it. This is a very nice dish. Thanks to Phong Hong for the recipe.
I still have a piece of Salmon fish bought sometimes ago in the fridge, decided to use the recipe for the Sweet & Sour Sticky Ribs to do with the piece of fish.
