Fish Tempura

After the other day did the Ebi Fry (Fried Shrimp), was searching the web and came across Shrimp Tempura from Just One Cookbook, was tempted to try it out as it's one of my favourite dish too.  But as recently just use prawns and eat prawns, i use something different, which is frozen fillet to try it out.
