Saw the Pseduo Chicken Meat from Small Kucing blog, gave me an idea to cook this mushroom, as i have not tried shredded the King Oyster Mushoom, i decided to give it a try.
I bought this packet of King Oyster Mushroom from the supermarket at S$2.40.
After shredding the King Oyster Mushroom.
