Choa Chu Kang Columbarium (23rd Mar 2013)

Qing Ming is approaching, went to Choa Chu Kang Columbarium to 拜 my father.

This bus service 405 from Boon Lay Bus Interchange that goes to Old Choa Chu Kang Road only operates on the following days :

(1) Qing Ming - actual day and 2 weekends (Sat/Sun) before and after Qing Ming

(2) Good Friday

(3) First Ramadan/Hari Raya Puasa/Hari Raya Haji - actual day

(4) Deepavali - actual day ad the weekend (Sat/Sun) before Deepavali

(5) All Souls's day

Went there on 23rd Mar and the bus stop along the road there, luckily there's no traffic jam.

Fried Nian Gao

I have a nian gao laying in the fridge and feel like eating it, so fried it using egg, flour and water combine together and the nian gao dip into the batter and fried it.

Fried Vermicelli (24th Mar 2013)

The other time, during Chinese New Year, was over at my friend house for lunch, and she show me the packaging of the vermicelli she cook.  Find not bad so went to the supermarket to look for it and try cook it myself.

I use some of the mashed egg, minced meat and vegetarian luncheon meat to fried the vermicelli.

Mashed Egg with Leg Ham (24th Mar 2013)

Made mashed egg and add in some leg ham for my breakfast with bread yesterday morning.  

Green Tea Chiffon Cake

I have bookmark this Green Tea Chiffon Cake from Sonia blog for quite sometimes already till recently my hand itchy that i started to baked it. 

Chicken Meatballs

I have some prawns laying in the fridge for quite sometimes and i have been wanting to clear it off and also i saw Meatballs for Steamboat from Cooking Pleasure blog when Sonia host the Chinese New Year event, so i try it out, but i use minced chicken.  In the end, i did not eat it as i am avoiding prawns for the time being.

Getai @ Fu Lu Shou Complex (24th Feb 2013)

I didn't know about this afternoon Getai @ Fu Lu Shou Complex which start from 1pm till 4pm till my friend inform me about it and told me that he's going. Random pictures of the singers taken.
