We had a late curry fish head lunch at this Kam Long Restaurant.

After lunch, as Catherine has something to attend to, she drop me off at City Square Shopping Centre, where i walk one round before going back to Singapore.

Lemon Chiffon Cake

This is a scheduled post.

Lemon Chiffon Cake comes into my mind and i search the web an came across Happy Home Baking blog and her Lemon Chiffon Cake recipe.  As my mould is 20cm instead of 18cm, i thought i add in another egg instead of the 3 eggs as in her recipe. This is what it turn out.

Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum (18th Nov 2012)

After going to the Hiap Joo Bakery & Biscuit Factory, Catherine bring me to the Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum.  Learn quite a number of things there.  Have taken more pictures than those pictures post here, but i didn't upload more as i saw from the wall there after visiting it that no photography is allowed.

Seeing this reminds me Singapore used to have a restricted passport to Malaysia also, but now no more liao.

Dinosaur Train @ Marina Square (2nd Dec 2012)

When i saw in newspaper about this Dinosaur Train Meet and Greet Session in Marina Square, i was curious about Dinosaur Train as i have not come across Dinosaur Train, so went there to take a look.

Peach Garden (24th Nov 2012)

Was back at Gardens by the Bay to racky the place, as the other time we went, friend was mentioning that they want to go there to have their outdoor wedding shoots on their wedding day.

Before racky the place, we were back at Peach Garden to have afternoon tea.

Hiap Joo Bakery & Biscuit Factory (18th Nov 2012)

Catherine was mentioning to me about this shop that sells very nice bread and it was feature before in the newspaper and even in TV.  But too bad, got no chance to try it out as it was their rest day on Sunday.

They sell banana cake at RM8.00 a box

Johor Bahru (18th Nov 2012)

I have not meetup with Catherine and also  i didn't go over to Johor Bahru for quite somtimes, the other day whatapps her when she is free to meetup and i go over to Johor Bahru to meet her.

From Jurong East Interchange, i can either take SBS Transit Bus No. 160 which goes by Woodland Checkpoint to Johor Bahru or by Causeway Link CW3 which use Tuas Checkpoint and goes to Bukit Indah.

Am suppose to meet Catherine at Bukit Indah which is nearer her place, but from the queue at CW3, it was so long that i thought i take bus no. 160 and goes by Woodland.  What worried me when goes to Johor Bahru is jam at the causeway, luckily there's no jam at the causeway and also no long queue at the Malaysia Immigration area.
