Fried Bee Hoon

Have a craving for bee hoon, and normally saw those bee hoon selling outside is oily, so i thought i just 随意煮, took whatever i have in the fridge and put it in and there it goes, my fried bee boon.

Saw this 蛋黄鸡 from 键轩惠娘 facebook, was so tempted by it that i went to the supermarket to buy chicken fillet to cook it.

Fried Chicken Ball

The other day at the supermarket, i bought 100g of minced meat which i make wanton, i also bought 100g of minced chicken meat and i was thinking of what to do to it when i think of the Fried Meat Ball from OhBin blog and used the minced chicken meat to make it. As i do not have carrot but some prawns at home, so i add in prawns instead of carrot.

I sudden have the craving of eating Abacus Beads and went to the web to search for recipe and found this recipe and did it.

Coffee Chiffon Cake

I was thinking of putting my chiffon cake mould away, but i 心痒痒, thought of trying it out again, so i thought this round, i will try out the Coffee Chiffon Cake from Aunty Yochana blog. But i did not add kahlua.

But the result is almost the same as the chocolate chiffon cake, not tall enough.

Feel like eating wanton, so bought 100g of meat from the supermarket, add in prawns and water chestnut.

Chocolate Chiffon Cake

I have been trying to bake chiffon cake, but so far have no fate with it, recently my mixer broke down and i bought a new one, so i thought i will try it again. When it was in the oven and still baking, i saw that it rises up, i was so happy, i thought that i have success, but when comes out of the oven, it has sink. Looks like my mould is going to be kept away and collect dust again.
