Christmas Decorations @ Tanglin Mall

A place that i do not want to miss out the Christmas Decorations is at Tanglin Mall.  I tried to go there early as nowadays the weather is unpredicted and there's a period, it rains in the afternoon, and also to avoid the crowds at night.
