Saw from facebook getai kaki cook fried egg tofu and it was so nicely fried, i was curious how she fried so nicely (i ever try to do it, but not successful),so ask her about it and she told me how she did it. As i have a packet of pressed tofu in the fridge, so i did not buy egg tofu. Instead of self-raising flour which she use, i use corn flour as i do not have self-rasing flour at home. Add in koo chye and prawns.
